Why not support them all? Choose Publicis Media and your specialization: content, data, digital, commerce and many others and immerse yourself in the projects of our ambitious clients Like you, over 23,000 curious people around the world.Click here to find more about us.  Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented Marketing Products Lead, reporting into our Growth and Sales Lead to execute the product marketing efforts for our rapidly growing performance media products portfolio. You will be responsible for studying the media industry through the client’s eyes with the mission of understanding and solving their problems - especially before those are becoming explicit You will be able to clearly create and articulate the value proposition of highly technical offerings for both internal educational and external marketing purposes. In this capacity, you will help define product strategy, develop compelling value propositions across offerings, co-create thought leadership, and own customer engagement and education to grow product adoption and revenue.  For this reason, in the Media soul of Publicis Groupe we love to mix our short-term experiments with big bets, to use our analytical approach and our vision. Key Accountability: Lead the creation of product marketing collaterals for each supported product including product positioning, competitive landscape evaluation, market trends analyses, thought leadership, and customer segmentation. Create the cross-functional Go To Market strategy and process for each supported line of business, including coordination and ownership of internal education, sales enablement, demand generation, and project management of associated activities. Proactively identify needs for ongoing product marketing initiatives for new and current PMX products and services, working with cross-functional partners to meet key product adoption goals and continuously improve product-market fit; Design and execute the process to proactively incorporate customer and sales feedback on product marketing collateral and positioning to continuously improve both advocacy for and adoption of products. Cultivate deep expertise about our industry, customers, offerings, and the competitive landscape. QualificationsAt least 7 years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of driving product growth and direct adoption. Creative thinker capable of extracting insights and data points and leveraging them to deliver content and publication ideas; Strong understanding of the performance media industry, digital marketing, and customer acquisition; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Proven ability to analyze trends and data and come up with creative content ideas for unique and engaging marketing content; Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects; Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts and products, inclusive of both high-level strategy and tactical go-to-market details. Additional InformationWe take care of our talent and their wellbeing:Future of Work: flexible hours and smartworkingCorporate benefits: a platform dedicated to our people full of offers, discounts and moreLearning&Development: a tailored learning path, individual and needs based approach, always on Corporate Wellness: free access to online training classes for your physical and psychological wellbeingDid you know that our motto is Viva la difference?
