Chaberton Professionals, divisione di Chaberton Partners dedicata alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle e Top Management, è attualmente alla ricerca di un Sales Manager da inserire all’interno di una primaria realtà internazionale attiva nello sviluppo di soluzioni energetiche decentralizzate , specializzata in progetti PV, EE e BESS per il mercato B2B. Principali responsabilità: Identificare nuove opportunità di business e contribuire all’ampliamento della presenza commerciale sul territorio. Gestire e mantenere un adeguato pipeline commerciale per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi trimestrali. Collaborare con il team commerciale nello sviluppo di partnership strategiche e canali di mercato. Supportare il processo di pianificazione commerciale annuale e contribuire alla definizione della strategia di vendita . Garantire livelli di produttività in linea con i KPI aziendali e di gruppo. Partecipare allo sviluppo delle attività di branding e alla definizione del target clienti. Supportare le attività di marketing e comunicazione commerciale. Elaborare proposte e offerte commerciali assicurando adeguati ritorni economici e condizioni contrattuali coerenti con gli standard aziendali. Favorire l’adozione di nuove tecnologie e modalità operative innovative. Effettuare trasferte regolari sul territorio nazionale e occasionalmente all’estero. Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Energetica o, in alternativa, Economia. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali all’interno di aziende operanti nell’ambito dell’energia decentralizzata (B2B) . Competenze di base in business plan, project finance e conoscenza dei principali modelli di contracting a lungo termine. Spiccate capacità relazionali e attitudine all’ascolto delle esigenze dei clienti. Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nazionali e occasionali trasferte internazionali. Italiano madrelingua o equivalente e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ottima padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Sede di lavoro: Milano. #J-18808-Ljbffr
