L'hotel Double Tree by Hilton Roma Monti , importante struttura facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca un* Reservation Agent . Di cosa ti occuperai: Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione (telefoniche, via email e tramite i portali online) Assistenza personalizzata agli ospiti, rispetto le loro prenotazioni, per garantire un’esperienza eccellente Collaborazione con gli altri reparti per ottimizzare la disponibilità e soddisfare le richieste dei clienti Supporto nella pianificazione del soggiorno degli ospiti Chi stiamo cercando: Un profilo con esperienza pregressa in ambito alberghiero o customer service, che abbia familiarità con sistemi di prenotazione e gestione alberghiera. Fondamentale un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua. Sono importanti buone doti comunicative e relazionali.
