Job Description Head of Sales South Europe – eInfochips, part of Arrow Electronics, is a global technology provider specializing in product engineering and software R&D services. Since 1994, the company has delivered engineering solutions to aerospace, industrial, consumer, and healthcare sectors. eInfochips offers complete edge‑to‑cloud capabilities with over 500 products and 40 M deployments in 140 countries, fueling technological innovations across multiple verticals.Role & Responsibilities Independent contributor with future team leadership potential.Prospect and grow large accounts to provide annuity‑based engineering services.Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services space.Expand revenue with existing clients and design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.Run complete sales process: initial communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal signing.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build an optimal sales pipeline through prospecting and sales process goals.Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.Essential Skills & Experience 5–15 years of direct Digital and Embedded engineering services sales experience with large enterprise clients.B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering.MBA (desirable).Track record of achieving sales quota of 5–10 M+ and large
