Our activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate. Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in Italy, the figure is responsible for enhancing the performance of the portfolio through sustainable strategies and by leveraging on unique PATRIZIA’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Develop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF / NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing / repositioning of assets Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends Support the sales and acquisition process in order to achieve investment objectives Review and challenge valuations Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team) Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) Key Requirements / Skills / Experience : Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in real estate, law or business economics Minimum 3 years’ work experience in real estate Affinity with transactions and / or asset management Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network Ready to travel Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player Comfortable within an evolving and international environment Proactive, flexible and assertive Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point) Fluent in English (both written and spoken) What do we offer?
