TRUMPF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING ITALIA, con sede a Schio, è l’azienda del Gruppo specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di stampanti 3D per metallo. La produzione additiva caratterizzerà il futuro dell\'industria. I componenti nascono soltanto da polvere e luce attraverso procedimenti produttivi che utilizzano la tecnologia laser mediante deposizione strato su strato di polvere metallica (Laser Metal Fusion). Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Quality Specialist con spiccato orientamento al dettaglio e al miglioramento, predisposizione alla comunicazione, dotato di pensiero critico e capacità di problem solving. La persona sarà inserita nel team Qualità e avrà l’obiettivo di assicurare che i prodotti realizzati siano conformi alle specifiche tecniche ed agli standard di qualità predefiniti dall’azienda, attraverso procedure di monitoraggio e miglioramento della filiera produttiva, dalla merce in entrata al prodotto finito. Responsibilities Definire gli standard qualitativi e le procedure di controllo per la produzione interna, collaborando con i referenti interni dei vari reparti; Supportare le varie funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo produttivo nella individuazione e risoluzione di problematiche legate alla qualità (Service, R&D, …) Definire e attuare test/misurazioni dei prodotti in ingresso con l’utilizzo di macchinari e strumenti; Definire i requisiti qualitativi richiesti ai fornitori, monitorando in loco i processi produttivi e i prodotti realizzati; Analizzare le performance dei fornitori da un punto di vista della qualità, identificando le criticità/problematiche e le necessarie misure da implementare per migliorarne l’efficienza; Gestire e documentare correttamente le non conformità interne ed esterne, individuando le azioni correttive da implementare per la risoluzione delle problematiche; Requirements Formazione ad indirizzo tecnico; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo all’interno di aziende modernamente organizzate con un importante focus sulla qualità; Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e per obiettivi; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese utilizzata quotidianamente sia scritta che parlata; Benefits Un\'azienda orientata al futuro, attiva a livello mondiale, con prodotti, processi e servizi innovativi; Un contesto internazionale che offre la possibilità di maturare esperienze Worldwide; Valorizzazione dei talenti con percorsi di crescita e di sviluppo competenze adeguati alle responsabilità; Conciliazione vita personale e professionale grazie a strumenti di smart working e gestione flessibile degli orari; #J-18808-Ljbffr
