L’azienda si trova in una fase di espansione con obiettivi di crescita commerciale, sviluppo tecnologico e organizzativo. E' previsto un inserimento a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione nella fascia € 40.000 e variabile legata alle performance.ResponsabilitàDefinire e implementare le strategie di sviluppo commerciale e di penetrazione del mercato, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di crescita aziendale.Collaborare allo sviluppo tecnologico e produttivo.Supportare la definizione e l'attuazione del piano industriale.Sviluppare partnership strategiche e presidiare i rapporti con clienti e stakeholder.Riporto al CEOCompetenzeDiploma tecnico o Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei Materiali o affiniEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo in aziende tecnologiche o manifatturiere, preferibile esperienza in startup, PMI innovative o aziende ad alto contenuto tecnologico.Buona conoscenza lingua ingleseDisponibilità a trasferteLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
