La divisione Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di figure di Middle e Senior Management, per un'importante azienda settore aereonautico ricerca: Commercial Director La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo delle vendite, dello sviluppo aziendale, della gestione commerciale e degli account per tutti i servizi, nello specifico: Sviluppare e implementare strategie commerciali in linea con gli obiettivi e gli scopi aziendali, con la simulazione per accelerare la crescita. Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita e acquisizione clienti. Condurre ricerche di mercato e analisi per creare piani aziendali dettagliati sulle opportunità commerciali e comprendere le minacce del mercato e la concorrenza. Guidare le capacità di vendita, commerciale e di gestione degli account per la proposizione dei servizi. Gestire le relazioni con i clienti esistenti, sviluppare nuovi contatti e clienti potenziali per lo sviluppo del business e servizi (progettazione e manutenzione per aerei pesanti e leggeri e progettazione). Garantire che tutti i requisiti contrattuali e normativi dei clienti siano soddisfatti o superati. Definire, gestire e monitorare le prestazioni aziendali utilizzando parametri chiave, obiettivi finanziari e sviluppo del budget. Negoziare i contratti in corso con clienti, gestendo e rivedendo i contratti e formulando raccomandazioni commerciali. Collaborare con i responsabili operativi per gestire le prestazioni rispetto a questi KPI, gestire un team di account sales e customer service. Requisiti del candidato: Comprovata esperienza in ruoli di leadership commerciale nel settore aereonautico. Capacità di leadership e di delivery di successo in contesti istituzionali pubblici e privati. Ottime capacità di team building e di comunicazione, promuovendo una cultura organizzativa positiva. Orientamento al cliente con comprovata capacità di raggiungere risultati che soddisfino le esigenze del cliente, nel rispetto delle prestazioni contrattuali e dei parametri commerciali pianificati. Buona conoscenza del settore dell'aviazione e dei suoi requisiti di sicurezza e conformità. Buone capacità di influenzare e di costruire relazioni con gli stakeholder esecutivi e di far valere i valori aziendali. Sede: Italy
