Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a satisfactory experience. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and effective working environment. Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills. Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience. Requirements Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture. Positive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
