Project Contract Administrator Prysmian is a global cabling solutions provider leading the energy transition and digital transformation. Job Overview This role supports the project team as a Contract Administrator in our offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Milan. Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Milan. Key Responsibilities Manage the contracts lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases, including drafting and reviewing amendments. Provide guidance on contractual clauses and requirements. Champion change management: draft and review change orders, claims, back charges, penalties, and defend incoming claims. Safeguard contractual obligations, track notifications and milestones. Promote contract awareness: prepare reviews, lead induction meetings, issue reports, interpretations and assessments. Liaise with corporate functions such as finance, legal, compliance, and IP on specific matters and disputes. Draft and review contractual correspondence between Prysmian, customers and joint venture/consortium partners. Verify that all required insurances and guarantees are in place. Assist purchasing in negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and vendors, including back‑to‑back subcontracts. Contribute to project close‑out activities, ensuring certificates are issued (milestone completion, handover, acceptance). Success Definition Deliver solution‑oriented outcomes. Cross‑functional and global collaboration. Qualifications Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration. 3‑5 years of experience as a Contract Manager. Proven knowledge of EPCI contracts; experience with FIDIC, NEC or World Bank Terms. Strong drafting and negotiation skills in an international setting. Experience in managing and mitigating project risks. Proficiency in German and English (C1 or higher). Critical thinking, problem‑solving, planning, teamwork and communication skills.
