Our client is a multinational company, global industry leader.We are looking for the:Position SummaryThe Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all human resources activities at the site, including payroll, disciplinary and general HR activities ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local labor regulations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a trusted advisor to the Plant Leader and local leadership team on all HR mattersSupport organizational change and continuous improvement effortsLead recruitment and onboarding processes for plant roles, in line with business needs and assigned labor cost budgetCollaborate with local agencies and educational institutions to foster employer branding and build talent pipelinesCoordinate the temporary employment agenciesManage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary proceduresServe as the primary contact for union or employee representativeDrive performance review cycles and support managers in setting goalsIdentify training needs and coordinate development programsIdentify Talent and critical roles and work with the management team to build strong succession planningLead local actions to increase employees’ engagement and motivationSupervise time attendance, payroll and ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSRequired Experience / SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practicesProven ability to lead a small teamAdhere to Health, Safety & Environmental, Laws and local regulationsFluent in English (written and spoken)Leadership, influence and ability to manage upwardsAbility to balance multiple competing and time-sensitive priorities and deliver to deadlines.Communication and interpersonal skillsCan-do attitude and hands on approachProblem-solving and decision-makingConfidentiality and integrityIf you are interested in this role, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, authorizing the treatment of your personal data according Dlgs. 196/03 & art. 13 GDPR 679/16 specifying:#J-18808-Ljbffr
