Currently we are looking for the

**Plant Logistics Manager**

The person will be responsible for management of the plant logistics processes and all flow-related aspects (incoming, outgoing and internal) and of logistic department cost, providing proper service for the factory, other department and customers.

**PLANT LOGISTICS MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure implementation of Industrial policy
- Animate the Master Production Plan by analysing needs and achievements
- Lead and improve supplier's performance in terms of service level, lead time and lot size.
- Optimise inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed
- Manage the ranges ramp down/up and obsolescence
- Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
- Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery
- University degree, preferred in Engineering
- Previous experience in a logistics management role in a multinational Company.
- Significant experience in industrial machinery or component industry production environment.
- Significant experience and knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/WM).
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Excellent Problem Solving and Communication skills
