This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in the dental industry. Accountabilities Conduct competitor and market research to understand customer needs and feedback. Define unique value propositions and create compelling narratives for product positioning. Develop and execute launch plans for new products to drive commercial success. Create sales collateral and training materials to enable effective sales efforts. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams. Guide customers through their lifecycle, focusing on retention and loyalty. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Take actions related to hazards and work‑related issues, escalating as needed. Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by the line manager. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of product and technical aspects. Experience in market research and analysis. Required dental product experience.
