Position description Department: Sales Reports To: Head of Sales (Retail) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time You will join a fast‑growing retail innovation technology company transforming in‑store operations through automation, digitalization, and intelligent systems. Our Solutions Portfolio Includes AI-Enabled Cash Management Systems—enhancing security, efficiency, and visibility in cash operations. Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL)—delivering real‑time pricing accuracy and operational agility. Digital Signage Solutions—creating engaging in‑store communication and customer experiences. We partner with leading retailers and brands to modernise store operations and drive measurable business performance. Role Purpose The Sales Support Executive provides critical commercial, administrative, and operational support to the sales team while also contributing to lead generation and customer outreach. This hybrid role combines strong coordination skills with proactive engagement—including cold calling and prospect follow‑up —to help grow our sales pipeline and ensure smooth customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure opportunities are captured, documented, and delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Administration Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for AI Cash Management, ESL, and Digital Signage solutions. Maintain CRM data accuracy across leads, opportunities, and client accounts. Support the scheduling of demos, product presentations, and client meetings. Track order fulfilment and installation progress in coordination with logistics and technical teams. Assist with internal documentation, pricing updates, and partner correspondence. Lead Generation & Cold Calling Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients across the retail sector to identify new business opportunities.
