Omnichannel Direct Sales Strategy & Planning Senior Manager Per una realtà che opera in ambito travel ricerco un/una Omnichannel Direct Sales Strategy & Planning Senior Manager. La figura riporterà all’Omnichannel director e sarà responsabile di creare una strategia unificata lato sales analizzando i dati provenienti dal customer contact che digitale. Il ruolo ha una forte componente di analisi, dovrà essere in grado di leggere e interpretare data point e insight provenienti dai diversi canali. Il ruolo rappresenta un elemento cruciale all’interno dell’azienda in quanto le sue strategie e analisi avranno un impatto diretto sulle vendite andando a migliorarne le performance. Responsibilities Guidare la revisione settimanale delle performance dei canali Assicurare che i KPI commerciali siano tradotti in piani operativi concreti Monitorare l’efficacia di campagne e promozioni tramite analisi ROI Agire come interfaccia chiave tra i vari canali e gli stakeholder aziendali Garantire che le priorità commerciali strategiche siano correttamente implementate nei canali Coordinare le routine di pianificazione con i team Sales a livello di mercato Gestire un modello unificato di dati di performance per tutti i canali Direct Sviluppare previsioni a breve e medio termine Fornire trend diagnostici e insight strategici a supporto delle decisioni di Marketing & Sales Supportare l’implementazione di iniziative strategiche volte a migliorare le performance di vendita Monitorare l’avanzamento delle priorità commerciali cross-canale e specifiche per ciascun canale Your Profile Aver maturato almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo Esperienza consolidata in ambito strategico e analisi dei dati legati al mondo marketing & sales Ottima conoscenza legata all'analisi dei dati, uso avanzato di PowerBi, Excel e Phyton Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Cosa Offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminato RAL commisurata all'esperienza Ticket 10 giorni di smart working al mese con presenza in sede su base settimanale Possibilità di relocation con housing per i primi 12 mesi Sede di lavoro Genova #J-18808-Ljbffr
