About the Role Job Location: Australia & New Zealand Shift timing: 9 AM – 6 PM We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) services , particularly Power Platform solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Experience within the not-for-profit sector is a significant advantage, as we partner exclusively with charities, NGOs, and other mission-driven organisations to help them achieve their digital transformation goals. This role will form part of our Engagement Team and will report to our BD Global Team Leader. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions accordingly Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and technical specialists, to deliver tailored proposals Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and industry trends Engage with key stakeholders in the not-for-profit sector to understand their digital transformation needs Represent XP at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Requirements Proven experience in business development/sales for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, automation, and data analytics within Microsoft’s ecosystem Experience operating within the not-for-profit sector (preferred) Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, partner networks, and incentive programs Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and Microsoft certifications Flexible working environment (hybrid/fully remote options available) Growing a passionate, progressive organisation across multiple countries Working with exceptional professionals that share XP’s passion for making an impact The chance to work on meaningful projects that make a real difference in the not-for-profit sector Join Xtreme Productivity and contribute to transformative projects that support not-for-profit and charitable organizations across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
