La figura, inserita all’interno del dipartimento Operations & Maintenance, sarà responsabile della gestione operativa e della manutenzione di impianti fotovoltaici, garantendo l’efficienza dei sistemi e il rispetto degli obiettivi di produzione. Opererà sul campo, collaborando con diversi team per migliorare le prestazioni, la qualità e l’affidabilità degli impianti. Responsabilità principali:Gestione operativa degli impianti : monitoraggio della produzione, risoluzione guasti e ottimizzazione delle performance. Manutenzione tecnica : esecuzione di interventi ordinari e straordinari, diagnosi di problemi elettrici e gestione documentale tramite CMMS. Supporto tecnico e formazione : assistenza durante la messa in servizio, redazione di procedure operative e formazione degli operatori. Collaborazione e comunicazione : lavoro in team con manutentori, subappaltatori e altri reparti per il miglioramento continuo. Sicurezza e conformità : rispetto delle normative locali, delle politiche aziendali e partecipazione a corsi di formazione in ambito HSE. Sede di lavoro: Vittoria (RG) Le caratteristiche della persona che stiamo cercando:Diploma tecnico; laurea preferibile. Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza pratica nel settore delle energie rinnovabili (solare, eolico o simili). Esperienza nella diagnosi e riparazione di macchinari e apparecchiature elettriche. Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici, disegni tecnici, manuali e specifiche. Solida conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza, inclusi Lockout Tag Out e analisi dei rischi (Job Hazard Analysis). Buone capacità comunicative scritte e orali in inglese. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative locali applicabili ai siti fotovoltaici in esercizio. È richiesta la disponibilità a frequenti viaggi e ad effettuare straordinari, inclusi notturni e weekend, per interventi urgenti. Completano il profilo attitudine positiva al lavoro di squadra e capacità di operare in ambienti dinamici.
