Responsibilities Table Preparation and Maintenance: Setting and clearing tables with precision and style, ensuring all necessary equipment, crockery, and cutlery are prepared. Guest Service Support: Assisting the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang in serving food and drinks, ensuring guests receive courteous, prompt, and efficient service. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the dining areas and service stations, including cleaning duties as per rota. Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting them with seating, and anticipating their needs. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is beneficial. A strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and dedication to high standards of service. Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to service and presentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to handle changing situations and work efficiently under pressure. A good knowledge of English and Italian is beneficial; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.
