Risorse Professional, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Middle e Senior Management, per conto di un’importante realtà attiva nello sviluppo di siti web, e-commerce e soluzioni digitali su misura – parte di una holding operante nelle diverse aree del Marketing e del MarTech – ricerca una figura di :Technical Lead / Shopify expertSviluppo e manutenzione siti : creazione di siti, customizzazione di temi e plugin, ottimizzazione delle performance – principalmente su piattaforma Shopify, ma anche su WordPress e PHP;Problem solving tecnico : identificare e risolvere bug, incompatibilità o criticità legate a siti e infrastruttura;Gestione del team tecnico (1 sistemista + 2 front-end developer) : pianificare attività, assegnare task, monitorare avanzamento lavori e supportare i colleghi nelle attività quotidiane;Analisi e consulenza tecnica : collaborare con Project Manager Marketing ed account definire le soluzioni più adeguate ai progetti;Gestione fornitori : ricerca e coordinamento di fornitori esterni e società di sviluppo backend;Innovazione continua : proporre nuove tecnologie, plugin o strumenti per migliorare i processi di sviluppo e manutenzione.Capacità di sviluppo e gestione di e-commerce (Shopify come piattaforma principale, apprezzata la conoscenza di Magento);Ottima conoscenza di PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptConoscenza di sistemi di versioning (Git);Gradita la conoscenza di framework front-end (es. React, Vue.js) e familiarità con metodologie Agile / Scrum.Capacità di pianificazione e gestione di un piccolo team tecnico;Attitudine al problem solving, autonomia e orientamento agli obiettivi.Tipologia di inserimento :Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL del Commercio, Ral e Livello di inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza della Risorsa;Modalità di lavoro flessibileSede di lavoro : Bologna#J-18808-Ljbffr
