A professional who'll take our HR strategies to the next level. A data-oriented and results-driven expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do the same.What you'll be doingPartnering and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to address under-performance and raise the talent barProviding pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectivesSupporting an environment of succession and growthWorking closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning, career paths, and DEI initiativesWorking with the wider HR and shared service teamsDeveloping positive working relationships across the businessWhat you'll needA bachelor’s or master’s degreeSolid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function, ideally in a fast-paced companyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talentFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a start-up and/or the tech industryGeneralist HR experience, including an understanding of the employee life-cycle, benefits, policies, etc.Fluency in another European languageBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
