Openjobmetis Spa, Divisione Permanent Placement, per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore della consulenza alle imprese in ambito chimico, farmaceutico ed alimentare con sede a Castelfranco Veneto (TV), ricerca: Customer Care - divisione Pharma Ruolo e mansioneLa risorsa si occuperà di tutti gli aspetti tecnici, scientifici e normativi che riguardano la gestione di clienti esteri nel settore alimentare, avendo in carico attività di preparazione preventivi, back office, valutazione tecnica dei risultati analitici. L’attività riguarderà anche clienti e laboratori del Gruppo al di fuori del territorio nazionale. In particolare, si occuperà di: Gestione delle richieste dei clienti Gestione dei rapporti commerciali con il cliente Gestione dei campioni in arrivo Gestione OOS e gestione Reclami Comunicazioni tecniche ai clienti Requisiti e Competenze RichiesteDiploma a indirizzo scientifico oppure formazione tecnica in ambito chimico (biotecnologie, tecnologie farmaceutiche, farmacia) Gradita un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Gradita una buona conoscenza della lingua francese Completano il profilo eccellenti abilità cognitive, realizzative e relazionali, attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra, ottima dialettica. ALTRE INFORMAZIONIInserimento diretto all’interno di un contesto solido, strutturato, formativo ed internazionale Inquadramento e retribuzione da valutare in correlazione con l’esperienza pregressa. CCNL Studi professionali- 14 mensilità. Benefit: mensa aziendale. Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì con orario a giornata. Luogo di lavoro: provincia di Treviso.
