Our SaaS platform is designed to enhance the fan experience, streamline sales processes, and support the sustainable growth of sports organizations. The roleAs Product Manager / Owner, you will lead the product strategy and oversee the continuous development of our ticketing platform. You will be the key reference point for the Product Management and will be the voice of the customers, translating their needs into actionable product requirements working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your goal will be to ensure our product fully meets the needs of the Italian market while strengthening our national presence. Key responsibilitiesDefine and implement the product strategyin line with the market and the company vision Oversee the full product lifecycle : market analysis, roadmap, development, and launch Collaborate with technical teams to deliver new features and platform improvements Translate customer and market needs into clear priorities Monitor industry trends, innovations, and best practices in Sport-Tech and Ticketing Drive product launches in close alignment with Marketing and Sales Define and track KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, platform performance, revenues) Represent the product to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners RequirementsDegree either in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experiencein Product Management, ideally in SaaS, Ticketing, or Sport-Tech Proven track record in the development and launch of digital products Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams In-depth understanding of the Italian sports market and ticketing processes Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client - and results - oriented mindset Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus Desired / plus Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and
