Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional points of view. Your responsibilities Manage and optimize existing and new application functions; Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users; Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily; Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues; Perform incident management; Configure and test functionalities; Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements; Develop and maintain functional documentation; Perform user training. Your skills, experience, and qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or technical field is preferred; Experience of at least X years in a similar role in the fintech field; Basic knowledge of SQL; Client-focused attitude; Team player with strong communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage pressure; Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian; EU Work Permit; Willingness to work shifts; Availability to work on weekends.
