Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional points of view.Your responsibilitiesManage and optimize existing and new application functions;Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users;Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily;Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues;Perform incident management;Configure and test functionalities;Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;Develop and maintain functional documentation;Perform user training.Your skills, experience, and qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or technical field is preferred;Experience of at least X years in a similar role in the fintech field;Basic knowledge of SQL;Client-focused attitude;Team player with strong communication and presentation skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to manage pressure;Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian;EU Work Permit;Willingness to work shifts;Availability to work on weekends.Note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
