We are looking for highly experienced Brand Manager with more than 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand development, contents creation, and media planning across both upper and lower funnel strategies.As a Brand Communication Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing the brand strategy and communication plan, which are central to Nespresso's business strategy: consolidating Nespresso brand as The Ultimate Coffee Experience and the Icon of Perfect Coffee in Italy and ensuring sustained business growth and success.Experience, Competencies and AttitudeProven and consolidated experience in brand management within companies where the brand is a predominant element of the business strategy, such as those in the luxury, food & beverage, fashion and retail sectors, particularly in brands that follow a primarily direct-to-consumer model or FMCG.Extensive experience in comprehensive brand management: building, managing, protecting, and promoting the Nespresso brand image; fostering a strong relationship between the brand and both current and prospective customers and developing targeted marketing and communication strategies to enhance sales objectives.Strong competencies in developing and fortifying the brand strategy and equity across all market touchpoints, including ATL, BTL, boutique retail, and digital & e-commerce channels. Strong expertise in understanding local market customer insights and analyzing market trends to effectively define brand positioning. Ability to develop a strategic brand and communication plan to achieve set objectives.Proven creative sensibility and expertise in utilizing tools and languages essential for defining brand strategy. Extensive experience in developing creative content and concepts.Deep experience in defining and managing above-the-line media channels such as TV, print, and outdoor advertising, as well as digital media, throughout the entire marketing funnel upper/middle/lower. A strong expertise in performance marketing and the management of e-commerce websites is particularly required.Advanced orchestrating skills in PR activities: encouraging the team in cultivating robust relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure favorable coverage and endorsements. Dedication to people management with a proven track record in managing people and teams, with have a natural inclination towards enabling individuals, coaching, and fostering the development of both individuals and the entire team in a a climate of trust, mental safety, collaboration.We are seeking a dynamic candidate with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams harmoniously. Possesses a remarkable ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, fostering meaningful connections and rapport and ability in delivering captivating and impactful presentations tailored to different audiences.A Day in the Life of the Brand Communication Manager:Brand&Contents: convert the profound understanding of the key requirements for brand construction within the market by meticulously crafting brand contents that seamlessly adapts global narratives to local nuances and needs, ensuring relevance and resonance. Additionally, spearheads the development of localized content in alignment with headquarters, orchestrating a cohesive brand narrative across all channels including television, print, digital, direct-to-consumer communication, boutique experiences, events, and public relations initiatives. Media Plan: Responsibility for the media strategy involves crafting a plan that ensures brand visibility and engagement, constructing a full-funnel strategy encompassing traditional touchpoints such as television to proximity channels, alongside influencers and digital platforms. Digital Strategy: Development of the digital strategy for consideration and performance involves crafting a lower-funnel plan to ensure e-commerce success, collaborating closely with the e-commerce channel. This entails a quantitative approach to result measurement, and digitalization through martech.PR&Events: orchestrating and crafting a high-impact PR plan capable of bolstering the Nespresso brand across themes such as coffee authority, sustainability, brand values, and innovation.Collaborations&Events: Fostering consumer proximity and enhancing brand stature through meticulously curated events and collaborations, both in the B2C and B2B channels. Lead the Brand&Communication team: in defining initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand awareness, equity and power and driving business results providing a solid support for strategic decision-making with an orientation towards listening and developing people. Cultivate a talent-rich environment, inspiring and nurturing personal growth through ongoing coaching and learning initiatives, while harnessing individual strengths to optimize performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with product marketing, CRM, B2B and B2C channels, finance, CCS, and other relevant departments to cultivate a unified and cohesive vision for brand positioning and strategy across all channels.. Additionally, effectively engage and align HQ and regional teams to address local needs and initiatives to implement strategies tailored to local requirements.What else will make you successful?
