Il nostro dipartimento HR è costantemente impegnato a creare un'employee experience coinvolgente e soddisfacente.Chi siamo cercando?Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving, spiccata proattività e spirito imprenditoriale sono le caratteristiche che cerchiamo nella risorsa che andrà ad inserirsi.Il/la candidato/a ideale ha acquisito un'esperienza di 2 anni nell'ambito commerciale, una buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello avanzato), possiede una laurea in ambito economico/legale.Orario lavorativo: 40 ore settimanali, distribuite su 5 giorni a settimana dal lunedì al sabato con due giorni riposo di cui uno in coincidenza con la domenica.Quali sono le attività richieste?La persona, riportando direttamente al Center Manager e funzionalmente all'Operations Manager, si occuperà della:- Commercializzazione degli spazi temporanei lungo la galleria commerciale- Stesura del business plan dedicato e raggiungimento del budget annuale prefissato- Scouting delle varie proposte nel mercato, sviluppo di un network di contatti, studio del posizionamento e caratteristiche della catchment area del centro commerciale di riferimento- Cura della relazione con il cliente dal primo contatto alla conclusione del rapporto (invio della proposta commerciale, stesura del contratto di locazione temporanea secondo un format prestabilito, controllo delle caratteristiche dello stand, mantenimento della relazione commerciale per tutta la durata contrattuale)- Collaborazione con il Marketing Specialist di riferimento per le brand venture- Mutuo scambio di best practices, creazione di valore su scala nazionaleInterfaccia costante con il dipartimento Leasing, Marketing, Pilotage e Legal.Sede di lavoro: Centro Commerciale Leone di LonatoModalità di lavoro: presenza.Pronto/a ad unirti al nostro team?Il Gruppo supporta la diversità delle risorse umane in tutte le sue forme.
