TasksThe tasks are goal-oriented and planned annually, based on the regional sales and marketing plan, for operating an optimal time management. Travel requirement : 75%70% Management of end customers with the following tasks : Visits to end customers in the assigned area Finding out and anticipating customers’ needs Presentation of inspiring cooking shows Follow-up meetings25% Management of dealers with the following tasks : Visits to dealers in the assigned area Presentation of Partnership of Winners Planning and implementing activities for end customersCooperation with Internal Sales teamManagement of planners in collaboration with external / internal consultantsPractical Experiences / skillsGood culinary knowledge or strong passion for food preparationGood understanding of business figures and ability to analyze themDetailed and disciplined work organizationPrevious experience in sales is a plusNative level of Italian language and good English knowledgeCompetencesStrong communicator and able to build meaningful relationshipsEntrepreneurialAble to respond to individual requirements by offering adequate solutionsCustomer-orientedExcellent team playerComputer literateHas high quality standards and wants to achieve improvements activelyOffer1 year contract, with possibility to turn into permanent positionAttractive salary packageYearly bonus on target achievementStructured and recurrent trainingFlexible working scheduleCompany car and mobile phoneWhat counts for us are your qualifications - regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation / identity or social, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.
