E-MOBILITY TECHNICAL OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE MONITORING MANAGER (IT)Come E-mobility Technical Operations & Performance Monitoring Manager, entrerai a far parte di Plenitude On The Road, società di Plenitude Società Benefit. In particolare, il team di Technical Operations & Performance Monitoring segue la gestione, il monitoraggio e la manutenzione delle infrastrutture di ricarica per veicoli elettrici di Plenitude on the road con l’obiettivo di mantenere la rete di ricarica del nostro Charging Point Operator (CPO) nelle migliori condizioni operative. Attività PrincipaliCoordinare ed essere responsabile delle attività del team TOPMO inerenti alla gestione, alla manutenzione, al monitoraggio, al testing e alla interoperabilità delle infrastrutture di ricarica del nostro CPO, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di qualità richiesti Guidare le operations del CPO a livello cross-country, armonizzando flussi, strumenti e procedure e garantendo che tutte le unità operative convergano verso gli stessi obiettivi Indirizzare la transizione continua del team e delle attività del CPO individuando e attuando le best practice del settore, intercettando le tecnologie emergenti e analizzando come implementarle Ottimizzare i flussi di OPEX relative alle attività di operations Caratteristiche RichiesteLaurea magistrale in ambito STEM. Potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli e ambiti di studio differenti a fronte di un’esperienza significativa nel ruolo Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturata in contesti similari Competenze in ambito di coordinamento di attività di collaudo e manutenzione di impianti elettrici in MT e BT e delle tematiche HSE correlate Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza del tedesco, del francese e/o dello spagnolo sarà considerata un plus Completano Il ProfiloOttime capacità manageriali e di coordinamento di team Padronanza delle tematiche relative alla gestione del budget e dei processi di pianificazione e controllo Competenze informatiche avanzate in elaborazione dati e generazione di reportistica SedeMilano Promuoviamo forme flessibili di lavoro, offrendo anche opzioni di Smart working al fine di sostenere il maggior equilibrio tra vita professionale e personale.
