We rely on four core values : trust, customer success, excellence, and simplicity.Job OverviewDirectly reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, as a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will be required to help drive our values and philosophy by supporting the design and implementation of global talent management activities (e.g., performance management, career development, career pathing, employee engagement, just to name a few) that are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
