Nell’ambito di un significativo processo di managerializzazione delle funzioni di Staff, Chiomenti è alla ricerca di una brillante risorsa da inserire all’interno della Funzione _HR_, presso la sede di Milano. La figura ricercata ricoprirà il ruolo di **_Learning&Talent Development Specialist._**
- Supportare la definizione un piano strategico di formazione e sviluppo, che risponda ai bisogni ed obiettivi dei Professionisti dello Studio e ne acceleri la crescita professionale;
- Collaborare nell’individuazione di fornitori e/o partner esterni e nel disegno dei singoli piani formativi;
- Coordinare la comunicazione e l’organizzazione logística degli interventi, nonché la reportistica relativa;
- Contribuire alla gestione e valutazione dell’andamento qualitativo/quantitativo degli interventi formativi, suggerendo azioni di miglioramento;
- Contribuire alla strutturazione e definizione di uno strumento di _reporting e _LMS:

- Supportare gli altri colleghi del Team nello svolgimento di ulteriori attività (a titolo esemplificativo: performance management, reportistica, etc) in linea con le priorità ed obiettivi della Funzione HR e Studio.
- Conseguito laurea magistrale in Economia o Scienze Umanistiche;
- Maturato una pregressa esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni ricoprendo un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente all’interno di realtà strutturate o di consulenza. Dovrà, inoltre, aver maturato un buon livello di autonomia nello svolgimento delle attività assegnate;
- Maturato una ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare indispensabile una ottima dimestichezza con Excel), SAP_ SuccessFactors_, Dynamics 365;
- Maturato un buon livello di autonomia nell’utilizzo e gestione di sistemi di Learning Management;
- Maturato una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Dovrà, infine, dimostrare:

- Orientamento al risultato e dedizione;
- Flessibilità, curiosità e propensione al cambiamento;
- Buone doti relazionali/comunicative.
