Scope and Purpose<br>To ensure operational scalability and support the current team:<br>The person will be in charge of developing the flow franchise for Rates and FX products, overseeing new markets (Emerging markets) and proactively managing commercial relationships.<br>He/she will also help the team in reducing potential operational risks arising from day-to-day operations, as well involved in various support activities (system monitoring, timely bookings, trade settlements, regulations, legal aspects as ISDA/CSA negotiation, reports and analysis).<br>Required Experience<br>3-5 years of experience in the role is required.<br>Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge<br>Experience in Global Markets, FICC business with focus on FX.<br>Bachelor or Master degree.<br>Knowledge in the Fixed Income markets, FX Derivatives and Rates derivatives.<br>Capacity to analyse market environment, Relative Value trades, client portfolio dynamics, hedging strategies.<br>Ability to partner up with all the stakeholders in the process.<br>About us<br>We are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
