We work directly with hiring managers such as Partners and Directors of Big 4 / Big 6 and Big 20 and in-house Tax leaders such as CFOs and Head of Tax who understand the value of strategic tax leadership and we take pride in facilitating conversations that are aligned with your expertise and long-term goals. Location Italy - Milan General Responsibilities Mapping tax and administrative processes Designing and formalizing controls to manage tax and accounting risks Applying risk management techniques to evaluate tax risks Performing TCF testing (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness) Tracking framework performance and recommending remediation measures Acting as a key point of contact for clients supporting data collection analysis and follow-up Promoting knowledge-sharing and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Degree in Economics Law or a related discipline; professional certifications (CPA CIA etc.) are a plus 1-5 years of relevant experience either in Tax Control Framework implementation or auditing (experience with large or industrial companies preferred) Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and control frameworks Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with additional analytical tools is an advantage Excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to manage client relationships; leadership and mentoring experience valued for more senior profiles Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Fluent in English Benefits Work on a variety of projects across multiple industries gaining broad client exposure.
