Administrative ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Manager to oversee accounting and administrative activities. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team management and process improvement. The ideal candidate has solid experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts, with the ability to coordinate a small team and ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards.About the RoleThe Administrative Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of three, managing the preparation and closing of statutory financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to interact with external stakeholders such as auditors and consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the administrative team (3 direct reports)Supervise general and analytical accounting activitiesPrepare and close statutory financial statements in compliance with Italian regulationsOversee tax obligations and liaise with external consultantsSupport management in financial planning and reportingImplement and improve administrative processes and proceduresMaintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholdersYour ProfileDegree in Economics, Finance, or related field5–8 years of experience in administrative/accounting roles, preferably within structured SMEsStrong knowledge of Italian civil and tax regulationsProven experience in preparing and closing financial statementsLeadership skills and ability to manage a small teamExcellent organizational skills, accuracy, and problem‑solving attitudeGood knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office toolsFluency in Italian; English proficiency is a plusTo apply for this position, we invite all interested candidates of any gender (L.903/77) to send their CV via email, specifying their consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679) and referencing the job posting.Sadhu thanks in advance all applicants and will contact candidates deemed suitable within 15 days of receipt.
