As a global market leader wel... etc This Position reports to : Product Manager PL Protection & Energy M Your role and responsibilities You will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development launch maintenance pricing and profitability. This role is contributing to the Product Management function in Business Line Energy Distribution Smart Buildings Electrification in Italy. The work model for the role is : #LI-Hybrid. In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for : Managing Energy Management devices from both a technical and a business perspective establishing an international network and representing the voice of the customer within our organization. Performing in-depth market analysis (trends competition standardization) and identifying customer requirements value proposition and unlocking new opportunities for ABB. Translating customer needs into technical requirements and taking the lead within the product development or cost streamlining process. Acting as interface between global markets and internal functions such as Sales R&D SCM etc. Driving product portfolio success by taking full responsibility for profitability initiating go-to-market strategies and managing the complete product life cycle. Qualifications for the role Bachelors Degree or above major in Electrical‑Mechanical‑Mechatronics engineering or relevant discipline. Fluency in English is a must both written and spoken. Market knowledge of low voltage energy distribution‑products applications and solutions such as DIN Rail components. At least 5 years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing. Proven ability to meet deadlines and get results with many priorities and under tight timeframes. Leadership through influence problem solving team‑working communication result orientation.
