In this role, you will lead the evolution of a communications platform designed to streamline operations and enhance user experiences for high-volume teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver AI-driven automation, analytics, and workflow improvements that reduce manual work, minimize errors, and increase efficiency. Your insights into customer needs and operational pain points will directly influence the product roadmap, prioritization, and release strategy. You will combine data-driven decision-making with deep empathy for users to ensure every feature delivers tangible value. Accountabilities: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for communications features. Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate prototypes and deliver fully functional, high-quality product releases. Prioritize projects and features using data, intuition, and stakeholder alignment to maximize impact. Define and track key metrics for activation, adoption, performance, and churn across the communications portfolio. Ensure smooth product launches and releases in coordination with engineering and cross-functional teams. Stay informed on trends in AI, messaging, and automation to bring innovative ideas into the product. Act as a champion for operational excellence, ensuring the platform meets reliability and efficiency goals. Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS environments. Experience integrating AI/ML or automation into workflows and core product features. Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes and performance metrics. Deep empathy for users, understanding workflows, friction points, and opportunities for delight. Ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations and maintain momentum. Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around goals without formal authority. Understanding of customer operations, particularly in margin-sensitive or high-volume environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across international and remote teams.
