Backed by leading VCs and investors such as Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, we are positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline hotel operations, and enable new applications through cutting‑edge APIs.Role OverviewAs a Market Manager (often referred to as a “Farmer”), you will drive growth and expansion by identifying, qualifying, and securing deals with potential clients, focusing on large travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, airlines, banks, and major point redemption companies. You will promote data‑driven, proven solutions that enhance our partners’ revenue streams.Key ResponsibilitiesSurpass growth targets by driving new customer discussions in targeted accounts and fostering revenue through strategic new customer acquisition.Manage and expand a joint portfolio of hotels, building strong relationships with revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams.Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable, insight‑driven recommendations.Optimize availability, pricing, parity, room mix, and conversion levels using Nuitee’s Yielding & Transaction dashboards.Deploy promotions, manage restrictions, and refine rate strategies based on data insights.Take ownership of hotel onboarding after contracts are closed, coordinating with connectivity partners (DerbySoft, Apaleo, HNS, RoomCloud, etc.).Validate mapping, inventory setup, test bookings, and readiness for go‑live, ensuring hotels are connected to all relevant B2B and fintech demand partners.Develop quarterly account plans for top‑performing properties and segment portfolio by opportunity, leakage, margin, and potential.Identify TPS‑only hotels and convert them to DC wherever possible.Work closely with Hunters, Connectivity, Market Support, and Analytics teams; quickly escalated mapping issues, rate discrepancies, or technical blockers, supported by data.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue (TTV) growthMargin uplift (DC margin % vs TPS)DC ShareActivation speed (contract → production)Availability, parity, and competitivenessHotel engagement and action completionIdeal CandidateBS/MS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Demonstrable success as a sales representative or manager, meeting or exceeding targets in travel, hospitality, or travel‑tech industries.Commitment to professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels.Proven competence in driving the sales process from planning to closure using strategic thinking and innovative approaches.Strong business acumen with deep insights into the travel‑tech industry; understanding of our product suite (LiteAPI, Core API, White Label, Hub API Connector, Cupid).Established professional network within travel and hospitality, or the ability to develop one rapidly.Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team‑oriented environment.Why Nuitée?We are tackling the $9.9 trillion travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market.
