Il Gruppo ANIMA, che si colloca tra i principali player di Asset Management in Italia, sta ricercando una figura junior da inserire nel team Fund Management di Castello SGR . Posizione Recentemente è stato lanciato Hospitality Italian Infrastructure Platform (HIIP), un nuovo veicolo di investimento con l’obiettivo di investire 500 milioni di euro in località turistiche ad alto potenziale italiane. HIIP si concentra su strategie value-added, tra cui la ristrutturazione, il riposizionamento e il rebranding in collaborazione con i principali operatori internazionali, con l'obiettivo di liberare il pieno potenziale dell'infrastruttura ricettiva italiana e di attrarre clientela internazionale di alto profilo. Responsabilità Analisi di mercato e valutazione delle opportunità di investimento Attività di Business Plan Supporto alle operazioni straordinarie quali, in particolare, acquisizioni e dismissioni, strutturazione e ristrutturazione del debito finanziario Redazione di reportistica, memorandum e presentazioni per investitori, istituti finanziari e organi previsti dal processo di investimento Supporto alla negoziazione di contratti di locazione e Hotel Management Agreement Requisiti Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini Pregressa esperienza di 1–2 anni maturata in contesti affini come Real Estate, Private Equity o Corporate Finance Competenza in attività di due diligence contabile e finanziaria Capacità di analisi finanziaria e valutazione degli investimenti Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sia scritta sia parlata Ottima padronanza della Microsoft Suite Proattività e autonomia operativa Attitudine al lavoro in team #J-18808-Ljbffr
