Become part of our mission to create a sustainable world and start at our location in Pieve Emanuele as soon as possible: HR Plant Business Partner – Industrial Relations (f/m/d) Responsabilità e qualifiche What awaits you: As HR Business Partner you serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and solutions that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and overall business success with a strong focus to the Italian labor law and industrial relations. The tasks in detail: You act as a focal point for Pieve plant on the employee relations and union management You manage industrial relations on a national level, draft internal agreement and handle day by day activities You advise business leaders on HR best practices and solutions to enhance team performance and alignment with business goals You develop and implement HR strategies that address business needs in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement in collaboration with the regional COE You lead employee relations efforts and performance management processes to ensure a productive and compliant work environment You collaborate with leadership to manage organizational change and workforce planning efforts You support the design and delivery of training and development programs to build organizational capability You provide coaching and development support to managers and employees, fostering a high-performance culture You ensure HR practices align with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards How you convince us: You hold a university degree in business management, Human Resources or similar field You bring several years of experience in a similar role with the focus on Industrial Relations You are familiar in working in a complex matrix organization You have a deep knowledge in labor law Strategic thinking, analytical skills as well as strong communication skills are your strengths Fluent Italian and English skills complete your profile What Novelis offers you: #timeout: Ready to fulfill your dream of traveling the world or taking an extended break? Profilo della sede The Pieve plant, situated south of Milan, Italy, employs approximately 200 people and has more than 50 years of experience in aluminium rolling and recycling, focusing on recycling of coated aluminium. Thanks to advanced technologies, the plant is a leader in continuous casting and cold rolling, supplying plain aluminium for a wide range of applications such as Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Closures, Food and Lighting. Alongside the Pieve plant, Novelis has also built a solar park. This investment in renewable energy is an important step in Novelis’ global sustainability journey and will further decarbonize plant production. By installing this solar park, Novelis is supporting the development of sustainable, low‑carbon aluminium solutions for the European market.
