We are looking for you as VP Sales (m/f/d)Plan and build the future together with us - your futureYour TasksLead and motivate a team of 25 employees, including 4–5 direct reports (regional sales managers in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Portugal)Full revenue responsibility for new sales in EuropeManage and develop international direct sales and dealer network across Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy, Central and Eastern EuropeEnsure optimal market coverage through all relevant sales channels (Key Accounts, dealers, rental, used vehicles)Collaborate closely with Used Sales and Rental teams to drive complementary sales channelsPrepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and competitive intelligence for strategic developmentAssist Finance with risk assessment, receivables management, and budgetingActively contribute to the European Management Team and align with VP Aftermarket EuropeWillingness to travel extensively within Europe and maintain regular presence at one of the main locations (Germany, France, or Italy).Your QualificationUniversity degree in Business Administration (Sales/Marketing focus), Engineering, or equivalentSeveral years of proven experience in sales of technical equipment / capital goodsDemonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with daily operational business driveStrong technical understanding or high technical affinityExcellent German and English skillsHigh willingness to travel across EuropeWhat we offerAre you looking for a varied job?
