Siamo alla ricerca di un Receptionist & Guest Relation per entrare a far parte del team. La figura selezionata avrà un ruolo chiave nell’accoglienza e nella gestione quotidiana degli ospiti, contribuendo a garantire un’esperienza impeccabile e personalizzata.ResponsabilitàAccogliere gli ospiti in modo professionale e cortese, offrendo assistenza personalizzata durante tutto il soggiorno.Gestire i processi di check-in e check-out, assicurando un servizio efficiente e accurato.Fornire informazioni e supporto su servizi, esperienze e attrazioni della città.Gestire le richieste telefoniche e via email con attenzione e prontezza.Collaborare con tutti i reparti dell’hotel per garantire un servizio fluido e un’elevata soddisfazione del cliente.Svolgere attività amministrative e quotidiane legate alla reception.Qualifiche e CompetenzeEsperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi presso hotel di categoria superiore.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.Padronanza dei principali software di gestione alberghiera (Opera Cloud).Spiccate capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente.Eccellenti doti organizzative, problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.Presenza curata, professionalità e attitudine positiva al lavoro in team.Se sei una persona dinamica, motivata e appassionata di ospitalità di lusso, ti invitiamo a inviare il tuo CV a indicando nell’oggetto “Front office agent – Roma”.Tutti i CV devono essere inviati comprensivi di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 – GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.#J-18808-Ljbffr
