He/She should bring enthusiasm, a strong propensity for teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid technological aptitude, and strong linguistic capabilities.Your ActivitiesIndependent Clients Management (both Landlords and Tenants)Leads origination (new mandates and clients)Independent Agency Mandates ManagementNegotiations and Deals ManagementQualificationsAcademic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)Knowledge of the International Retail Market7 years of relevant experienceNative Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in EnglishFamiliar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power PointIndependent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.)Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
