Join to apply for the Contract Administrator role at Bonatti .We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator for our Pipeline Project in central Italy.The Resource will ensure specialized assistance to Company Management and B.U., Branch / Construction Areas, in order to contribute to the best setting of business initiatives, whether they are commercial (offers - relationships with partners / subcontractors) and management (contractual management of contracts).Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure specialist support to each business decision-making center;Assist the commercial agents, contributing to the definition of agreements with third parties (partners and/or subcontractors) and providing optimal solutions from a legal/technical point of view also in relation to the projects to which these agreements refer;Assist the sales representatives both during the preparation of the offers, through a precise assessment of contractual risks and the identification of proposals for mitigation of these risks, and during the negotiation phase with the Customers;Assist the management officers during the execution of contracts, both through the interpretation of contractual clauses and through the implementation of all contractual instruments to safeguard and protect the company;Develop, also with the help of specific legal assistance, all the initiatives (amicable resolution/lawsuit/arbitration) necessary to achieve the objectives set by the Top Management;Support the Company's Top Management in defining general and particular objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Driven and focused, committed to a high level of performance and timely delivery of projects.Willingness to be a change agent.People management attitude.Detail-oriented and methodical.Available to travel and relocate.This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
