With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects.Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment.As Site Manager, you will :Review detailed designs and propose correctionsAnalyse contracts and authority requirementsMonitor works for compliance with design and standardsIdentify construction issues and define corrective actionsPlan and coordinate site activities to meet timelinesSupervise suppliers and subcontractorsManage material procurement and inspectionsPrepare progress reportsIdeal ProfileDegree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering2+ years' experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred)Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processesTeam player with strong interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
