Solar Site Manager - Emilia-Romagna, Italy | €300/day | FreelanceWe're looking for an experienced Solar Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on a major utility-scale solar project in Emilia-Romagna. This role is hands-on, site-based, and focused on ensuring that construction activities run safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and schedules. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. Start ASAP.What You'll Be Doing:Managing daily site activities and ensuring work progresses according to the construction planCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain smooth workflowEnforcing HSE standards and ensuring the site meets all compliance and safety requirementsMonitoring construction quality, identifying issues early, and implementing corrective actionsConducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefingsTracking progress, maintaining site logs, and providing clear, accurate reporting to project stakeholdersManaging site documentation, permits, and compliance recordsSupporting testing, commissioning, and site readiness activitiesWhat You Need:Proven experience as a Site Manager on utility-scale solar (PV) projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, site coordination, and safety proceduresAbility to lead teams, solve problems quickly, and maintain a productive and safe site environmentFluent in English and ItalianAvailability for an immediate startIf you're a site-focused leader with a track record in utility-scale solar builds, we'd like to hear from you.ersg are an equal opportunities employer;we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
