We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is currently looking for a Site Manager for the Construction department. The role reports to the Construction Manager of the designated Region and is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager monitors and directs contractor activities from start to finish, oversees various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation, and maintains close contact with clients throughout the project's life cycle. The role includes following site safety protocols during daily site visits and ensuring contractors and crew work in a safe environment.Responsibilities / DutiesEPC contract management and on‑site operations; review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, schedule, etc.Site management under construction, assuring that the project is completed within time and budget.Supervision and direction of the project, ensuring that Enfinity Global's specifications and requirements are met; review progress and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.Coordination and supervision of construction workers.Ensure construction and site safety, and prepare site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports.Ensure project compliance with company social responsibility, quality, environmental and safety standards, practices, and internal codes.Support all close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team at completion of the projects.Support Asset Management team during the warranty period.QualificationsEngineering degree (preferable).Proven experience (7–10+ years) in managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.Experience in renewable industries.In‑depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Problem‑solving skills; high ability to work under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.BenefitsPrivate health insurance.Pension plan.Paid time off.Work from home.Training & development.Performance bonus.Car.House allowance.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
