Site Manager | Utility-Scale WindAround €50,000 + Company Car + 20 % Bonus .Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects. .Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment. .As Site Manager, you will: -Review detailed designs and propose corrections -Analyse contracts and authority requirements -Monitor works for compliance with design and standards -Identify construction issues and define corrective actions -Plan and coordinate site activities to meet timelines -Supervise suppliers and subcontractors -Manage material procurement and inspections -Prepare progress reports .Ideal Profile -Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering -2+ years’ experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred) -Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes -Team player with strong interpersonal skills
