We’re looking for a Growth Manager This role requires a strong experimentation and results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit. Work independently and cross‑functionally driven by a genuine passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Plan, run and optimize growth experiments across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) of the Product. Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels. Manage and optimize CRM flows, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention programs. Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate and test ad creatives, landing pages and content variants. Collaborate with Sales to share campaign results, funnel analytics and behavioral insights that support lead qualification and deal conversion. Work closely with the Product team to define and monitor product metrics such as DAU, WAU, MAU, activation rate, free‑to‑paid conversion, churn and retention cohorts. Skills We’re Looking For Analytics & Data Management Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Intermediate use of dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau). Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude). CRM & Lifecycle Marketing CRM segmentation and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce). Behavioral flows (onboarding, upsell, reactivation). Predictive lead scoring and churn prevention. AI & Automation Prompt engineering for content, ads and internal automation. Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Pika). No‑code tools and workflow builders (Zapier, Make, Airtable). Paid Media & Performance Marketing Operational management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Campaign setup, optimization and reporting. Understanding of key paid KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate). Compensation & Benefits Compensation: €40,000 to €50,000 gross per year plus competitive MBO bonus.
