They handle all day-to-day servicing, contribute to revenue goals, and increase Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts.This is a 6-month temporary position.Job ResponsibilitiesEnhance Circana’s connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value.Manage and support implementing Circana’s strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio.Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client.Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.Requirements2+ years’ experience in client service research within market research (consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated research).Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using data.Good presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software/database applications.Advanced in all MS Office products- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Strong team player with open and curious mindsetFluent in EnglishCircana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
