Quel est le poste ?Assurez les missions de service après-vente confiées : assistance au démarrage, formation des utilisateurs, supervision de nettoyages, pilotage des opérateurs lors d’interventions pour maintenance et réparations en respectant les règles de sécurité et d’environnement. Représentez l’entreprise sur site et assurez la revue des installations et l’inspection des équipements. Assurez la relation avec les Clients : visites de suivi, contacts téléphoniques, offres de services, négoce de pièces de rechange, suivi des performances opératoires des appareils installésli> Participez à des démarches de progrès et de R&D dans votre domaine. Partagez et formalisez votre retour d’expérience. QualificationsVous êtes Ingénieur(e) ou possédez un niveau équivalent avec une expérience significative en mécanique, et/ou soudage, et/ou process et produits pétrochimiques. Une expérience en activité SAV est également appréciée. Vous êtes disponible pour des missions fréquentes à l’étranger et maîtrisez l’anglais. Votre connaissance de l’espagnol et/ou d’autres langues est un avantage. Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) et utilisez Internet.
