Location: Bari, Italy (5 days onsite) Overview What you’ll do Provide high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment. Manage tickets using ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk. Troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows client issues. Apply ITIL best practices to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk role. Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server and Network Monitoring tools. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
